Responsibilities
Assist with New Hire paperwork, questions, and orientation
Assist with internship program planning and execution
Assist with exit paperwork and offboarding process
Assist with learning and development practices, including agency trainings and workshops
Assist People team with new ideas and enhancing the employee experience
Responsible for collecting, entering, and auditing employee data into our systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Comfortability working within Microsoft programs
Detailed Orientated
Strong Communicator
Interest in getting into HR
Comfortable handling confidential information
Positive attitude and curiosity (you love asking questions)
Ability to work with associates and candidates of all levels
