Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance
Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program

Required

1 year minimum of Troubleshooting experience inside a data center

Basic ability to work a ticketing system
Data center experience
Rack and stack experience
Hardware troubleshooting experience
Troubleshooting experience
Cable experience
