Service Technician

The Service Technician will oversee and perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, address service requests, and resolve technical issues to ensure all facilities and equipment function efficiently.

Troubleshooting systems and performing timely repairs
Completing inspections
Maintaining the overall appearance of the property
Delivering excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair to address and resolve property-related technical issues effectively
Strong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve service concerns
Experience in Field Service for performing on-site inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks
Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist residents professionally and maintain positive relationships
Ability to respond to and resolve tasks efficiently and independently
Preferred
Previous maintenance experience in a residential or similar environment is preferred
Technical certifications and proficiency in tools for property maintenance and repair are a plus
