Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
Manage inventory of promotional products, giveaways, POS displays, and event supplies
Ensure material accuracy, timely fulfillment, and adherence to shipping deadlines for events
Coordinate closely with Market Managers to meet activation schedules
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Coordinate with shipping carriers and maintain shipping logs
Use inventory and shipping platforms for order processing and tracking
Familiarity with portal for documenting shipping charges
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Google Docs & Excel
Proficient with Macbooks
Strong organizational skills
Immense attention to detail
Social Media knowledge and passion for creativity
Hard Working
Interest in the Event Industry and willingness to work Aras events
Preferred
Graphic Design experience is a plus!
