Qualification
Required

1–2 years of hands-on preclinical R&D experience
Experience with PKPD (Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics)
Basic knowledge with animal physiology and cell culture; Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, FACS, and LCMS
Proficiency with lab equipment and software tools
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
