Site layout, grading, and earthwork design
Storm, sanitary, and water utility design
Drainage studies & stormwater management
Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Support permitting and code compliance (ODOT/OEPA or NCDOT/NCDEQ)
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering
EIT certification (or FE passed, registration in progress)
1–4 years of civil site design experience (internships considered)
Strong Civil 3D skills and a team-first mindset
