Office Manager
Core Staffing is assisting an Audio Studio located in North Hollywood in their search for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for greeting guests, managing office supplies, scheduling, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the studio spaces.

Responsibilities
Greet all office guests and direct them to the studios
Communication with the building security/reception regarding guests
Monitor access points to the suite and assist visitors with all access questions
Keep track of daily sessions and their status (freelancers' check-in/out)
Make sure each studio space is clean and the computer is turned on before the sessions start
Keep the front lobby, breakroom, green room, and meeting rooms clean and stocked
Maintaining office supplies, breakroom supplies and meeting rooms supplies
Report and schedule maintenance with the building manager, contractors, and the PRH facility team
Monitor and assist with meeting room bookings
Assist with and perform printing, wifi questions, shipping, dropping off packages, and other administrative tasks
Arrange/assist session lunch orders and coding the expenses
Monitor and manage the session schedule displays (TV, iPad)
Keep track of parking pass usage and inventory
Assist with onsite security measures
Assist with mic checks
Qualification
Required
Experience with administrative and clerical work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
