Responsibilities

Design and develop CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units using SolidWorks
Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings
Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Product teams
Support prototype build, testing, and validation
Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and design optimization
Maintain BOMs and technical documentation
Improve product performance and design processes continuously

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
7+ years of experience in product design & development
Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks
Good understanding of thermodynamics, airflow, and heat transfer
Experience in sheet metal design, fabrication processes, and GD&T
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Background in HVAC / datacenter cooling systems preferred
Experience working on CRAC / CRAH / Datacenter cooling products
Experience supporting products from concept to production
