Responsibilities
Support recruiting activities for hourly and salaried roles as needed
Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and follow-ups in English and Spanish
Coordinate interviews, confirm schedules, and communicate next steps to candidates
Assist with job postings and resume review through our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with hiring managers and HR to support staffing priorities and timelines
Maintain accurate documentation, candidate status updates, and hiring records
Support pre-employment steps such as background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork
Provide a responsive, respectful, and professional candidate experience from start to finish
Ensure recruiting processes align with internal standards and applicable compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required (verbal and written)
Strong organization and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Proficiency with Outlook/email/calendar tools and basic Excel or spreadsheets
Ability to work independently, stay on top of follow-ups, and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR support, or administrative coordination preferred
Experience supporting high-volume hiring in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environments
ATS experience with Paylocity (& Paycom)
Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc
