Center Manager

Responsibilities

Provide daily leadership and strategic direction to all staff, including administrative and medical teams
Engage consistently with employees to ensure a supportive and productive work environment
Lead, train and oversee employee development, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Work with the Chief Organizational Development Officer in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff
Attend and follow up on meetings for staff to ensure they understand expectations and responsibilities
Teach, reinforce, and follow up on staff expectations to ensure accountability and consistency
Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency
Monitor and manage daily financials, including deposits, reconciliation, and bookkeeping
Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
Resolve financial, patient, personnel, and legal issues in a timely and effective manner
Promote and market the center's services and products in collaboration with the Chief Branding Officer
Represent the center in the community to foster strong local relationships
Oversee inventory control and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Required

Proven leadership experience with a focus on employee development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage staff and patients professionally
Motivated, self-driven, and a proactive seeker for improvement and growth
Solid business acumen and sales awareness
Excellent organizational skills
Strong critical thinking and logic-based decision-making skills
Minimum of 3+ years in a management role, preferably in a medical or wellness setting

Preferred

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, email, EMR, and internet applications
Experience in payroll, commission structures, and general accounting
Knowledge of medical operations and inventory management
