Responsibilities
Lead several Tactical ISR Major Projects consisting of a mix of cost plus and commercial fixed price type contracts
Complete Major Projects level OSP and cash forecasting and analysis
Provide financial guidance to program management teams for financial activities including but not limited to audits and EAC’s
Knowledge of Program Execution, Earned Value Management, Proposal Processes and L3Harris policies and procedures
Lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures, including driving utilization of Cobra for Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) program variance analyses
Limited travel will be required
Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
Preferred
BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a financial analysis background with 4+ years Program Finance experience with programs, proposals and audits; or equivalent
2+ Years Experience with EVM, financial performance reporting, internal/customer reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Peoplesoft and Hyperion FCSTSI
Top Secret Clearance is preferred
