Integrated Media Associate Director

The Integrated Media Associate Director (IMAD) will lead multichannel integrated media strategy and planning for clients, oversee the development of media plans, and build strong client relationships while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities
Lead consistent and effective WW media strategy and planning processes
Set the strategic media direction for assigned clients
Oversee media strategy and plan development for assigned clients
Work with Insights and Brand Strategy to develop personas, journeys and communications strategies
Present media strategy and media plans to internal teams and clients
Work hand in hand with Client Engagement, Insights and Brand Strategy, Public Relations, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams and media partners
Provide mentorship and guidance for Integrated Media team members
Maintain the highest knowledge of media channel strategies and networks
Bring new ideas and champion the use of integrated media strategies to reach audiences
Convey the role of our Integrated Media Strategy team agency wide, building confidence in and understanding of the discipline and offering
Provide mentorship to the Integrated Media Strategy team
Be a team player, inspiring trust and teamwork among the team and throughout the agency
Demonstrate a passion for always doing the best work
Collaborate among multiple departments effectively and efficiently
Be accountable for delivering high-quality work on time and on budget

Represent the team and Wray Ward in a positive manner in all endeavors
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years' experience as a media strategist and planner in an agency environment
Extensive experience planning multichannel, integrated media campaigns
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects at a time
Knowledge of the holistic media landscape
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, demonstrating energy and passion for the work
Effective problem-solver and generator of innovative solutions
Focus on delivering great work, no matter how big or small the project
Well-versed in applicable software and using MRI-Simmons, Comscore and other data resources to build and support recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
Bachelor's degree
