Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of technical and non-technical roles across corporate, go-to-market, and operational teams
Partner with hiring managers to define search strategy, clarify success criteria, and ensure a structured, efficient interview process
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, market engagement, and modern recruiting tools
Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and SparkHire to drive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes
Translate data and recruiting metrics into actionable insights that improve time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience
Operate with a candidate-first mindset that reflects our client's professionalism and values
Collaborate with People Operations, Employer Brand, and Business Unit leaders on process enhancements, tools, and talent initiatives
Engage in structured onboarding and leverage feedback early to build confidence, capability, and alignment

Required

Comfort with structured guidance early in the role and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly
