Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and documenting supplier-related issues across multiple sites
Collaborate with teams such as Material Flow, Quality, and Accounting to improve issue-tracking and classification processes
Help implement standardized tools and processes for tracking supplier performance and resolving operational issues
Work directly with suppliers, including occasional on-site engagements, to ensure alignment with delivery expectations and requirements
Validate issue data for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation
Analyze trends in supplier-related issues to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement
Support supplier accountability initiatives, such as preparing data and insights for performance review meetings
Encourage consistent adoption of issue-tracking tools and documentation standards company-wide
Generate regular reports and insights for leadership to drive decision-making and performance improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline)
Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to taking initiative (bias for action)
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
Interest in or familiarity with supplier performance and supply chain management concepts
Some exposure to data tools or systems such as Atlassian suite, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms (not required but nice to have)
Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decisions
