Responsibilities
Build, understand, and document requirements to help guide users through a new product lifecycle
Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous process improvements
Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy
Serve as subject matter expert to outside resources and facilitate education and training
Assist in the development of mitigation plans and monitors the progression of findings against their
Mitigation plans to ensure timely closure
Manage process communications for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications
Day to day oversight of multiple processes and identify process improvement opportunities with the ability to implement them through collaboration with other groups
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of operations support experience
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The ability to problem-solve and manage work autonomously
Have strong organizational skills
Be detail-oriented
The ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders across different areas
Be a team player with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
Actively seek out customers and contributors, building relationships so that they understand why we need them and how we help them
Understand and know when to escalate and what information to include
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
2+ years of experience in Operations Management
2+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills
