Responsibilities
Negotiating and processing a wide range of procurement and commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and SaaS Agreements
Supporting low-risk contract work and light drafting
Partnering with internal business stakeholders and third-party managers
Coordinating directly with external vendors on redlines
Managing signature processes and uploading agreements into the contract repository
Drafting order forms and simple amendments to MSAs/SOWs
Spotting risk and supporting general contract processes end-to-end
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of corporate / commercial experience
Focus on simpler contracts and amendments
Highly executional and process-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-facing legal team
