Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for Dell servers and data center systems to minimize downtime
Perform hardware maintenance: server builds, swaps, part replacements, and firmware updates
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and OS issues; escalate when needed
Support reactive and preventive maintenance
Collaborate with internal teams and customers; document work and best practices
Participate in on-call rotations as required
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON SERVERS (WIRING AND HARDWARE)
Experience supporting servers or data center hardware in enterprise or field environments
Hands-on knowledge of server components (CPU, memory, power, GPUs)
Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI platforms
3–5+ years in technical support, field service, or data center roles
Associate/Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support travel/on-call schedules
Preferred
Vendor certifications (Dell preferred) are a plus
