Lead Manager/Sales Development Representative
Leverage Companies is a dynamic real estate private equity platform focused on creating millionaires through real estate. The Lead Manager is responsible for managing the sales pipeline, qualifying sellers, building rapport, and maintaining follow-up with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed, all while utilizing Salesforce for organization and tracking.

Responsibilities
Respond to new inbound leads immediately, with a goal of under 60 seconds during coverage hours
Make more than 100 outbound calls each day to new, active, and nurture leads through our Smart Dialer system
Qualify sellers using our frameworks for motivation, condition, timeline, and price
Build relationships with warm leads and follow up consistently until timing aligns
Set, confirm, and track appointments for Vice Presidents while maintaining strong show rates
Keep Salesforce accurate and organized with notes, statuses, timestamps, and next steps for every lead
Track and report key metrics including contact rate, appointment set rate, and conversion by source
Review your own pipeline weekly to identify missed opportunities or stalled leads
Work closely with Marketing and VPs to improve lead quality and overall conversion
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated hunger for growth, leadership, and high performance required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and coachable with a bias for action
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Committed to mastering real estate acquisitions fundamentals and developing into leadership
Preferred
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a phone-based or inside sales environment preferred
Real estate experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree a plus, but production matters more than paper
Benefits
Non-Recoverable Draw: $1,250 per month for the first six months, non-recoverable and resetting monthly.
The draw provides stability during your ramp-up period while you master the systems and build consistent production.
Compensation scales directly with performance.
