Responsibilities
Manage program scheduling and coordination with contract manufacturers (CMs)
Support a single overarching program spanning multiple sites and external partners
Perform program management duties across multiple sites while partnering with Central Engineering PMs
Coordinate cross-functionally with other program managers and internal teams
Track action items and follow up to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
Support contract manufacturer infrastructure setup and site readiness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a TPM
Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs) – Jabil, Foxconn, Sanmina, Flex
Exposure to or experience with liquid cooling systems – cold plates, CDU's, etc
Experience in hardware-focused environments such as data center hardware, networking switches, or electronics
Experience working directly at a contract manufacturer is acceptable and may be beneficial
Preferred
Background in thermal design and/or thermal analysis is a plus
