Responsibilities
Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close duties
Prepare and post journal entries and accruals; maintain updated general ledger accounts
Assist with monthly budgeting; contribute to forecasting/analysis workstreams
Back up Accounts Payable as needed: invoice processing, AP report generation, and payment preparation
Review and validate transactions entered by team members for accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proper coding, documentation, and data flow
Conduct job costing analysis and field project-level financial questions
Operate within established systems and processes to ensure data integrity and consistent practices
Protect confidential and sensitive financial information at all times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel proficiency for reconciliation and analysis
Solid grasp of U.S. GAAP
Preferred
QuickBooks Desktop
ERP or other major accounting systems
Manufacturing or project-based accounting
