Ensure our employees have the support and guidance of the Human Resource team so they can provide exceptional customer experiences
Provide an unparalleled level of expertise, maintaining all Human Resource functions from Workers Compensation, Employee Relations, Training, and administering company safety programs
Maintain existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures with areas of focus on employee engagement, leadership development and compliance
Understand and comply with all federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business and human resources management
Qualification
Required
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional support and guidance to employees
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
