Responsibilities
Support visual merchandising execution and ensure timely store replenishment to maintain an organized and engaging shopping experience
Provide reporting and analytical support by evaluating sales and inventory performance, identifying trends, and recommending actionable strategies related to pricing and product assortment
Assist with the Summer Blow Out parking lot sale by delivering customer service support, executing merchandising plans, and ensuring clear and effective event signage
Store merchandising and organization
Analyzing data and creating reports
Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level
Coursework related to Customer Service/Business Management/Data Analytics/Retail Merchandising
Experience within the retail or hospitality industry
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
All applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
