Manage the warehouse customer service desk
Answer phone calls
Manage and fulfill orders
Deliver or plan delivery of batteries
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Provide ongoing customer service
Maintain expert knowledge on parts and inventory
Fulfill orders
Manage billing by creating invoices for customers
Read and respond to emails, phone calls, and answer questions from customers and vendors in a timely manner
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales
Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customers
Maintain a safe working environment
Build and maintain strong relationship with management team
Take on additional tasks as needed to maintain and grow business
Qualification
Required
Entry-Level Sales and warehouse associate
Manage the warehouse customer service desk
Answering phone calls
Managing and fulfilling orders
Delivering or planning delivery of batteries
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

Maintaining expert knowledge on parts and inventory

Lift batteries up to 50 lbs if needed
Preferred
Be able to create and provide a daily log list of duties and accomplished tasks at the end of the day
Be able to multitask with little supervision
Self-motivated, energetic, and a self-starter
Have a professional demeanor and take responsibility to respond to customer orders and inquiries
Be able to sit and work on a laptop for an extended amount of time
Working knowledge of computer and office software
Be able to perform general office duties such as filling, typing, drafting letters, scanning, and faxing documents
