Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations across pharmacy, TPN, specialty drugs, procurement, intake, and delivery
Oversee budgets, drug contracting, and CMS/commercial reimbursement strategies to drive profitability
Ensure full regulatory and accreditation compliance (FDA, CMS, state/local)
Champion quality improvement and patient satisfaction across all home infusion services
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing pharmacy team
Represent pharmacy operations to executive leadership, health plans, and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership in home infusion or specialty pharmacy
RPh degree or higher (required)
Deep understanding of Part B fee schedules, drug prior authorization, and drug contracting strategies
Infusion Experience Required
Proven ability to lead multi-site or complex operations with clinical and financial oversight
