Business Development Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365

The role focuses on driving new business opportunities and revenue growth by positioning Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions while building trusted relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographies
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and account penetration strategies
Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecast discipline
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close opportunities, ensuring both profitability and long-term client satisfaction
Position Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as key enablers of digital transformation
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored proposals that address client-specific business challenges
Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to C-level executives
Leverage and expand relationships within Microsoft account teams, PDMs, and industry leads to maximize co-sell opportunities and incentive programs
Represent Synoptek within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, strengthening alignment and joint go-to-market efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred
Customarily has at least 4+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or Power Platform solutions
Proven track record of hunting and closing new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts
Established network and relationships with Microsoft account managers, PDMs, and industry leaders
Demonstrated ability to engage and sell at the C-level across complex enterprise buying cycles
Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language
Ability to field questions with concise, well-constructed responses
Shows integrity, innovation, and accountability in completing daily assignments
Solutions focused and driven to resolve conflict quickly and precisely
Proactively looks for opportunities to contribute to the company's business goals
Willing to learn and ask questions
Constantly looking for new ways to improve yourself
