Responsibilities
Own Lower’s third-party lead acquisition program end to end
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage lead vendors
Define and refine lead buying criteria
Allocate and optimize budgets
Analyze performance at a granular level
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Credit, and Analytics
Establish benchmarks and vendor accountability
Communicate insights to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or analytics-heavy roles, with at least one year of experience in lead buying or affiliate marketing
Strong analytical and financial judgment
Comfortable managing vendors and budgets
Excellent communicator
Thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong planning and follow-through
Preferred
Experience in mortgage, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
