Electrical Supervisor
NEOGOV is part of the City of Tucson’s General Services Department, and they are seeking an Electrical Supervisor. This role involves supervising staff engaged in the repair, modification, and maintenance of public facilities and equipment, while also coordinating personnel-related activities and overseeing project progress.

Responsibilities
Supervises and oversees the daily work of employees and coordinates personnel-related activities to include, but not limited to: training, approving work schedules, recommending and approving personnel actions, coaching and counseling, establishing performance goals, and writing performance evaluations
Oversees estimates, contractors, and project progress while facilitating communication between all stakeholders
Orders materials, assesses work quality, and participates in the facility design and review process
Coordinates schedules and communicates outages to minimize disruptions
Assembles, installs, tests, or maintains electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools
Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Six (6) months post high school
Two (2) years of directly related experience
A valid and unrestricted driver's license with two (2) years of licensed driving is required
Preferred
Proficient in Word and Excel
CPR Certification
NFPA 70e Training
OSHA 10 Class
Lock Out Tag Out training
Arc Flash Training
