Responsibilities
Lead AI-driven initiatives focused on lead generation, customer segmentation, and personalization
Translate business goals into data science strategies and scalable solutions
Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
Design and deploy ML models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and campaign optimization
Develop GenAI-powered tools (e.g., LLM-based chatbots, content generators) to support marketing and sales
Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ML workflows using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align AI solutions with business needs
Present insights and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards
Qualification
Required
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
10+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions for lead generation or customer acquisition
Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering)
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle analytics
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and uplift modeling
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
