Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated financial outputs for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
Calibrate AI decision-making processes for forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modeling
Simulate and review budgeting workflows, financial reporting, and variance analysis
Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated financial plans and strategic documents
Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve system performance and reliability

Required

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related roles within established organizations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
Strong proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management
Solid understanding of corporate financial planning processes, performance metrics, and strategic decision-making frameworks
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights
Proficiency in English sufficient for professional collaboration
Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country of residence

Preferred

Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
