Required
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Experience with Business Analysis and identifying gaps in existing processes
Strong Communication skills to convey findings clearly and collaborate with teams
Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to streamline operations
Ability to gather and document Business Requirements effectively
Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
Preferred
Passion for sustainability, luxury products, or the beauty industry is a plus
