Assist with biological assessments in wetland systems
Collect and process wetland data on vegetation, soil and water
Identify vegetation to species using taxonomic guides and diagnostic keys
Gather field data using GPS/tablet Geode units, data sheets, and electronic devices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in wetland and stream ecology
Knowledge of plant identification
Experience with habitat assessments
Familiarity with soil sampling techniques
Ability to assist with biological assessments in wetland systems
Skill in collecting and processing wetland data on vegetation, soil and water
Ability to identify vegetation to species using taxonomic guides and diagnostic keys
Experience in gathering field data using GPS/tablet Geode units, data sheets, and electronic devices
Willingness to travel regularly to field sites
