Responsibilities
Provide technical support related to desktops for the staff of the company
Installing new hardware components in the desktop
Installing operating systems and software in the desktop
Setting up network connections in the company and ensuring that all the desktops are connected to the main servers
Evaluating the needs of the company regarding purchase of new computer equipment
Suggesting and assisting management to buy new hardware and software
Testing software and hardware compatibility
Answering phone calls of customers and clarifying their desktop related problems and issues
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or Certification in Information Technology or relevant field
One to three years of relevant experience required
Preferred
Bachelors preferred
health care experience preferred
clinical or non-clinical
