Responsibilities

Deliver product vision and point of view for seasonal projects aligned to creative direction & project briefs
Create original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from Design leadership
Execute base track and more long track design solutions (broad range of product price points and model types)
Active and proficient participant in the creative process and cross-functional communication
Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences
Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with key partners

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree is required in Design (3-4 years of footwear design exp)
excellent footwear knowledge and experience in product design
experience in performance footwear and knows illustrator, photoshop, 3d software
Candidate is open and brings creativity to the team (curious)

BA/BFA/MA/MFA preferred
Associate Degree preferred
Preferred design experience: 5-7 years
Creative experience
Knowledge of creative culture
Digital design acumen (design-based software needed: Creative Suite)
Preferred knowledge and experience with advanced digital tools/3D skills
Expert of make and manufacturing
Proficient presentation & communication skills
Proficient design skills, brief to presentation to manufacturing
