Responsibilities
Lead global IT category strategy across software (SaaS, cloud, on-prem), hardware, telecom, managed services, and IT professional services
Execute complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise and SaaS licensing negotiations, delivering optimal commercial and risk outcomes
Manage the full strategic sourcing lifecycle from demand intake and RFx through negotiation, contracting, and governance
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite leaders, providing data-driven insights and business cases
Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, driving performance, consolidation, and cost optimization
Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to align sourcing with technology and risk strategies
Ensure compliance with global sourcing policies and continuously improve processes, tools, and sourcing maturity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT sourcing and category management across software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and IT professional services
Proven success negotiating large-scale enterprise agreements with major technology vendors and global system integrators
Strong knowledge of commercial contracting, SaaS licensing, cloud consumption, and managed services models
Demonstrated track record of delivering sustainable cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives
Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
Advanced analytical skills, including spend analysis, TCO modeling, and business case development
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
