Responsibilities
Leading full end‑to‑end Business Central implementations across several finance‑driven businesses
Mapping finance workflows (GL, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, budgeting, consolidations) into clean, scalable BC configurations
Streamlining and automating core finance processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and reporting
Supporting integrations across payroll, CRM, banking, expense platforms and data tools
Managing data migration and delivering hands‑on training to finance teams from transactional staff to senior leadership
Helping establish group‑wide finance standards while still respecting the nuances of each business
Acting as the internal expert on Business Central finance capability, enhancements and best practice
Qualification
Required
Strong Business Central implementation or consulting experience focused on finance
Deep understanding of core finance processes: period end, reporting, reconciliations, controls and multi-entity accounting
Confident working directly with accountants, controllers and CFO-level stakeholders
Someone who loves fixing workflow issues, improving reporting, and making finance operations run smoother
A self-starter who's comfortable taking ownership and working without layers of approval
Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between finance and technology
