Responsibilities
Assist senior administrators in managing daily office operations and schedules
Coordinate communication between departments, clients, and external partners
Support the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and documentation
Participate in project planning and execution under the guidance of experienced administrators
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
Learn and utilize administrative software and tools to streamline office processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role within Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care
Knowledge of data entry and database management
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software platforms
Experience in customer service or client relations
