Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships in assigned territory
Attend and participate in local professional associations and networking events
Coordinate and manage special events and promotions within budget
Travel extensively within assigned territory to meet face-to-face with key decision makers to form long-lasting, trust-based relationships
Meet weekly sales and referral goals
Use CRM software to track activities and contacts
Attend company functions and meetings as scheduled
Qualification
Required
2+ years B2B in marketing/sales (restoration, insurance, plumbing, or construction industries a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, a plus
Strong people skills, self-motivation, and results-driven
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Willing to travel within territory and attend after-hours events
Must be able to commute to corporate office in Shelby, NC when needed
Must be able to lift and transport items needed to set up events
Clean driving record and valid driver's license required; minimum age 21 for insurance requirements
Background check and drug screening required
Ability to Relocate: Hickory, NC 28602: Relocate before starting work (Required)
