Regional Human Resources Director

Perimeter Healthcare is a leading behavioral health organization committed to providing compassionate, quality care across its facilities nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to lead and support HR operations across multiple behavioral health facilities within an assigned region, driving organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple facilities
Supervise and coach facility HR leaders and local HR teams
Partner with the Corporate SVP of Human Resources on regional and enterprise HR initiatives
Reinforce performance standards and organizational expectations across sites
Support managers with day-to-day HR guidance and complex employee relations matters
Ensure HR operations comply with state and federal labor regulations
Lead audit readiness, file maintenance standards, and compliance training
Interpret and explain company policies and employment practices
Oversee onboarding, employment practices, and policy implementation
Support acquisition integrations including orientation, benefits, and training alignment
Drive execution of regional HR programs including: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Open Enrollment, Employment Practices
Track recruiting and retention KPIs and recommend improvements
Support and guide regional recruitment and retention strategies
Help lead employer branding and recruiting outreach initiatives
Analyze HR reports and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Ensure effective use of HRIS and timekeeping systems (UKG / UltiPro / Kronos)
Monitor regional workforce metrics and program effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–7+ years progressive HR leadership experience
Multi-site or multi-unit HR management experience required
Experience supervising HR staff and professional teams
Strong knowledge of employment law and labor regulations
Hands-on experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (UKG, UltiPro, Kronos)
SHRM or HRCI certification required
Strong executive presence and leadership communication skills

Preferred
