5–8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (production scale)
Experience operating Kubernetes in hybrid or on prem environments
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Solid understanding of Linux internals
Solid understanding of Networking (L4/L7, DNS, load balancing)
Solid understanding of Containers and container runtimes
Strong scripting skills (Python, Go is a plus)
