The role involves providing high-impact support to attorneys and paralegals by managing documents, coordinating schedules, and handling billing and travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Manage attorney calendars, including court deadlines, hearings, mediations, and trials
Organize and maintain case files (electronic and paper) in compliance with firm procedures
Coordinate meetings, depositions, and travel arrangements
Assist with time entry, billing support, and expense reimbursements
File documents with state and federal courts
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Assist with other departmental or firm-wide coverage and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a law firm or other professional services environment
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and e-filing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
A commitment to delivering high quality work

Preferred candidates will have litigation-focused administrative support experience
