Responsibilities
Collect documentation from fragrance houses to identify EU extended allergens present in products sold in California since January 1, 2022
Accurately enter fragrance and allergen data into SAP-PLM for each product
Submit detailed reports through the SB 312 online portal within established timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Manage high-volume reporting tasks while meeting deadlines in a 6-month compliance period
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; background in science or legal fields highly desirable
Experience using SAP, particularly SAP-PLM, strongly preferred
Prior regulatory, compliance, or product safety experience is a plus
