Enterprise Architecture Consultant
Talent Groups is seeking a visionary Enterprise Architecture Lead with a strong focus on Business Process Engineering to drive transformative change across a complex, regulated enterprise environment. The role involves partnering across business and technology teams to improve enterprise-wide performance while maintaining strategic alignment and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise process architectures to provide visibility into business capabilities, process dependencies, and system integrations
Analyze and document current-state business processes across multiple departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies
Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and breakthrough innovation
Design and implement reengineered processes aligned with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations
Evaluate and recommend technology-enabled solutions (e.g., automation, intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, AI) to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Develop business cases and ROI models for process transformation initiatives, including advanced analytics and AI adoption
Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes using feedback, metrics, and analytics
Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise
Design future-state processes aligned with enterprise architecture principles, regulatory compliance requirements, and the organization’s strategic roadmap
Serve as a change agent and thought leader, driving adoption of modern process and architecture practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process improvement, or large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy, financial services, or government)
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and their impact on process and system design
Strong risk management awareness
