Supporting audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborating with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and financial strategy
Qualification
Required
7+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience
Experience ideally within real estate development, homebuilding, or construction
Ability to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations
Experience overseeing general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple business units
Experience implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
Experience supporting audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
