Responsibilities

Lead the ServiceNow solutions team and set the strategy for platform development, support, and innovation

Oversee delivery of major initiatives including the firmwide rollout of Financial Services Operations, Financial Services Operations for BPI, Third Party Supplier enhancements, and the PPM application

Ensure ongoing support and optimization of business applications built within ServiceNow

Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions

Guide agile development teams and promote best practices in ServiceNow design and development

Monitor platform health, drive quality standards, and mitigate risks related to platform delivery and support

Foster a strong customer service culture and a collaborative team environment
