Responsibilities
Oversee the success and health of operations within a designated region
Ensure national business operates seamlessly on a regional scale
Address challenges, optimize processes, and improve overall customer experience on the local level
Proactively identify systemic issues impacting the region
Develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction
Drive cross-team collaboration to deploy changes
Own the Operations/Delivery metrics for the region and report out on them on a weekly basis
Be an escalation point for any & all issues in the region
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in operations management, project management, regional management or a similar role; startup experience a plus
Proven success in managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, driving accountability and results
Strong collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and foster a shared vision
Passion for improving the customer experience, with a focus on operational excellence
Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives
Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes of systemic issues and develop effective solutions; SQL experience a plus
Creativity and adaptability – your job will change everyday
Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Familiarity with operational tools, project management software, and performance tracking systems
Preferred
Familiarity with permitting processes in the state is not required but a plus
