Responsibilities
Preparing 3D models using appropriate design criteria and technical manuals often working closely with engineers
Performing standard work methods are followed for preparing engineering drawings under general supervision
Interface with internal and external contacts and will coordinate with multiple project design disciplines for interference checking and quality control
Work in-person at project sites in New York City and Westchester County
Qualification
Required
Higher Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 2 years of relevant experience on Civil 3D and Revit
Solid experience in 3D modelling software application (Civil 3D and/or Revit), BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD. Civil 3D experience has preference
Civil 3D modelling on site formation, road alignment and drainage piping works
Provide support to BIM manager, BIM coordinator and designer in BIM implementation on projects
Familiar with CIC and CEDD BIM modelling standard
Good command of spoken and written English
Preferred
Preferably possess a recognized certificate, diploma or above preferably in BIM, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering, Surveying or equivalent
