Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Systems Analysis and skills in Information Technology
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in aspects of Business Analysis
Ability to troubleshoot technical and system-related issues effectively
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant experience with IT systems and tools is preferred
Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
