Responsibilities
Assist with field surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction staking projects
Learn to operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS units, and data collectors
Use computer-aided software programs such as AutoCAD and survey-specific applications to process and analyze survey data
Collaborate with survey and engineering teams to complete assigned tasks and contribute to project success
Work on several projects at one time, demonstrating strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related program
Assist with field surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction staking projects
Learn to operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS units, and data collectors
Use computer-aided software programs such as AutoCAD and survey-specific applications to process and analyze survey data
Collaborate with survey and engineering teams to complete assigned tasks and contribute to project success
Work on several projects at one time, demonstrating strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills
