Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for union representatives, fostering productive and professional relationships
Manage and resolve grievances, arbitrations, and labor disputes
Interpret and enforce CBA language, labor laws, and employment regulations with employees, leadership and internal stakeholders
Advise leadership on labor strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance
Partner closely with HR and Operations to ensure labor practices align with business needs

Required

5–7 years of direct labor relations experience (union + CBA focus required)
Proven experience administering collective bargaining agreements
Strong working knowledge of multi-state labor laws and union environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; labor-related certifications a plus
