Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and communicate the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving business needs
Translate business objectives into actionable AI initiatives, balancing innovation with practical implementation timelines
Clearly articulate the AI roadmap and its business value to leadership and cross-functional teams
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and trust. Engage with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure transparency in decision-making
Continuously validate that AI initiatives align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations
Collaborate closely with technology teams (e.g., Data, Product) to understand integration points across roadmaps and ensure AI solutions complement existing platforms and applications
Lead efforts to drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization, including training and communication strategies
Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of AI capabilities that drive measurable business value
Identify and mitigate risks. Facilitate discussions across diverse stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and resolve conflicts effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5-7 years in product management or ownership roles
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring). Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
Understanding of data quality, governance, and compliance (especially in regulated industries like insurance)
Knowledge of responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and compliance with industry regulations
Ability to define KPIs for AI initiatives and measure ROI
Experience in creating business cases for AI investments
Skills in driving organizational adoption of AI solutions, including training and communication strategies
Insurance industry experience. Ability to identify AI use cases that deliver tangible value in commercial insurance
Familiarity with AI/data-driven products and strategies
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience managing complex roadmaps and multiple stakeholders
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), backlog prioritization, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
